TM251Dpac与TM3BCEIP的EIP通讯

 

  • 元器件准备:

TM3BECEIP 模块+TM3DM24RG 一套

TM251MDESE 1

  • 网口配置:

TM251MDESE  ETH1:192.168.1.10   ETH2:192.168.31.100

TM3BECEIP  ETH :192.168.31.3(固定IP)

配置步骤总共分四步:

  • 生成TM3BECEIP配置文件以及EDS文件
  1. 使用TM3Bus Coupler IO configurator进行配置TM3BCEIP的通讯协议以及后面的模块,界面如下

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. 点击NEW ,在弹出的对话框中选择通讯协议:本例中选择Ethernet/IP,

  1. 选择后的界面如下,点击下面的接口模块

  1. 单击添加按钮进行后面的IO模块添加,添加TM3DM24RG

 



  1. 点击SAVE保存按钮进行保存,后缀为.SPF  ,本例中保存名称TM3BCEIPtest.spf,此文件会在连接TM3BCEIP接口模块时下载到模块配置

 



  1. 点击上图EXPORT的AS EDS 按钮,生成EDS文件,用于进行EAE中配置通讯时用

至此关于TM3BECEIP模块文件生成完成!

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 下载前面配置好的SPF文件到TM3BECEIP中;
  1. 连接TM3BCEIP(使用USB  90.0.0.1)或以太网,本例中使用USB,电脑的IP为90.0.0.2,在浏览器中输入90.0.0.1,输入用户名和密码:默认均为Administrator

  1. 进入后在configuration  Tab ,点击打开OPEN按钮,选择之前创建好的.spf 文件导入

  1. 导入后的界面如下:点击Apply.将配置文件下载到设备中。勾选I  AGREE,完成后会显示下载成功提示, 此时状态显示已经配置,






  1. 在维护Tab  Setup检查TM3BECEIP中的协议是否选择了EIP协议.





  1. 设置模块的IP地址,本例地址为192.168.31.3(固定IP)注意此时TM3BECEIP上的下面旋钮在AUTO位置





退出TM3BECEIP登录,恭喜你!到此关于TM3BCEIP模块已经配置完成了。

  1. 配置TM251MDESE:在物理拓扑中增加TM251MDESE,配置IP地址

  1. 在打开的配置软件中添加eds文件设备,右键点击Ethernet/IP scanner,选择前面第三页中产生的EDS文件加入。注意添加就需要重新启动该软件进行刷新DTM。
